Once again Clients, Professional Connections and Friends attended an event at the Parliament Rooms within the picturesque and renowned Gloucester Cathedral. The Parliament Rooms yet again provided a relaxed location for an excellent night to pursue.
Alex and Andrina welcomed the guests with an overview on Quayside’s ambitious future as well as the decision to select Gloucestershire Young carers as its charity for the upcoming year, and the paddleboard charitable fundraiser taking place later in the year in support of Gloucestershire Young Carers. A small raffle was held prior to Dan Looney’s speech, where a bottle of champagne was given as a prize for the nights winner.
Our clients were delivered a presentation from Dan Looney, a Wealth Management Consultant from St. James’s Place Head Office in Cirencester. Dan gave what some guests described as a very informative presentation regarding wider global economics and the changing position that some of the younger generation face with regards to their financial plans.
Proceeding Daniel’s presentation questions were answered and then guests were more than ready for the main event of the night to begin.
The wine tasting which featured several different wines, went down incredibly well. All the wines were exquisite, and Oxford Chelt Wine School* held the event, delivering high quality wine to all those attending. Nick Gay is the head of the company and has spent his life educating others about his passions and enjoyments in life. One of these deep interests is wine, where he holds an Advanced WSET Certificate, so Nick made sure the event was in good hands.
All feedback from this night was excellent, clients were imminent about attending future events and were excited to invite guests to bring along to the next time to experience a pleasant and enjoyable evening.
